Noore Habib Welfare Foundation (NHWF) receives donations to support humanitarian, educational, and social welfare activities. This Return and Refund Policy explains how refund requests are reviewed and processed for donations made through our website or approved payment channels.
1. General Policy
Donations are generally voluntary and final. However, NHWF may review refund requests in cases of duplicate payments, incorrect donation amounts, unauthorized transactions, technical errors, or other valid concerns supported by transaction records.
2. Refund Request Timeline
To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible with your donation receipt, transaction ID, payment date, amount, payment method, and reason for the request. Refund requests should normally be submitted within 7 working days from the date of donation.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Once approved, the standard refund timeline is 7 to 10 working days, depending on the payment gateway, bank, mobile financial service, or card issuer involved.
4. Non-Refundable Donations
Refunds may not be available when:
- The donation has already been allocated or used for the intended charitable purpose.
- The request is made without sufficient transaction details or proof of payment.
- The request appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our records.
- A refund is restricted by payment provider rules or applicable law.
5. Review and Approval
NHWF reserves the right to verify each refund request before approval. We may contact you for additional information. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
